Because our books are printed products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at aaliyahandmello@gmail.com 

Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can review your request.

If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at no additional cost.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Delays caused by the shipping carrier
• Normal wear and tear after delivery
