Orders are shipped through USPS Media Mail unless expedited shipping is requested and approved prior to shipment.

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing after your order is placed. Shipping times may vary based on destination and carrier operations.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by appointment only during the following hours:

• Monday – Friday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Saturday – Sunday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  

Customers selecting local pickup will receive pickup instructions after their order is ready.

Pre-Orders

For pre-order items, shipping dates will be clearly listed on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items will ship according to the stated pre-order schedule.
